Accepting new clients for virtual sessions. Evening and limited weekend appointments available. EMDR sessions by special arrangement.
The 15-minute consultation is a chance for us to connect, discuss what you’re looking for, and see if we’re a good fit. There’s no pressure to commit — it’s simply an opportunity to ask questions and get a sense of how I work.
We’ll meet via secure video conferencing through SimplePractice (a HIPAA-compliant platform). You’ll need a private space, reliable internet, and a device with a camera and microphone. Many clients find telehealth surprisingly comfortable — you can have sessions from your own safe space.
We work with multiple billing platforms to make insurance seamless. Through Headway, we can verify your benefits in real-time and handle claim submission. We also provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement and accept HSA/FSA cards. Contact us to verify your specific coverage.
Standard individual sessions are 50 minutes. Extended sessions (80 minutes) are available for couples or when deeper work is needed. EMDR sessions are typically 60-90 minutes. We’ll discuss what schedule makes sense for your goals.
I understand that life happens. I request 24 hours notice for cancellations when possible. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to the full session fee, as that time was reserved specifically for you.
To ensure smooth telehealth sessions, you’ll need:
Computer, tablet, or smartphone with a camera and microphone
Reliable broadband connection (minimum 1 Mbps upload/download)
A private, quiet space where you won’t be interrupted
